Placing an Order

How can I place an order?

Sizing & Customisation

Can I order in a custom size?

Yes. If your measurements don’t match our standard size chart (XS–XXL), select the “Custom Size” option at checkout. You may enter your measurements directly or add them to the order notes. For detailed assistance, please contact us via phone or email.

Do you offer outfit customisations?

We offer design adjustments such as colour changes, neckline variations, sleeve modifications, and other minor edits. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the customisation. Please get in touch before placing your order.

Are there additional charges for custom sizes?

If your measurements fall outside our standard size chart, there may be additional charges on a case-by-case basis, as our team creates a unique pattern for your requirements.

Orders & Changes

Can I make changes to an order I’ve placed?

Yes. Please contact us within six hours of placing your order for modifications.

  • Minor changes: Minor changes may be accommodated at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.
  • Major changes: May incur additional charges.
    After six hours, we are unable to accommodate changes as production begins.
Can I cancel my order?

As all outfits are made to order, cancellations are generally not possible. However, under exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, a full refund or store credit (for international orders) will be provided.

Alterations

What if my outfit requires alterations?

Each garment comes with a 3–4 inch margin for adjustments. Alterations can be done by us on a case-by-case basis:

  • Domestic orders: Client covers return shipping; reshipping after alteration is free.
  • International orders: Client covers both return and reshipping costs.
What if I purchased my outfit from a multi-designer store?

For products bought through multi-brand outlets, please contact the store directly for alterations or assistance.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, e-wallets, and bank transfers. For cash deposits or direct transfers, please contact us.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer domestic and international shipping?
  • Domestic shipping: Complimentary on all non-discounted products.

  • International shipping: Free for orders above ₹35,000 (excluding discounted items). International delivery timelines vary by destination, and duties or import taxes may apply as per local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the client. 
What is your delivery timeline?

Our standard timeline is 1–4 weeks, depending on the product. Individual product pages specify delivery time. For urgent requests, please contact us directly.

Are the colours exactly as shown online?

We make every effort to photograph garments under standard lighting to ensure accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
