Returns and Exchanges

All of our garments are made-to-order, crafted with care and precision. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Since each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in the final product compared to the images on our website are a natural part of the creative process. We encourage you to embrace these subtle differences as a reflection of the artisan’s touch and the uniqueness of your garment.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellation requests once an order is confirmed.

If you wish to make minor changes to your order, please notify us within six hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes received within this timeframe.

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill an order due to product unavailability or other unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded promptly. Please note that refunds through payment gateways may take up to 30 working days to reflect in your account.

For international orders, if a refund is not feasible, we will provide store credit of equivalent value, which can be used for future purchases.
